Payment

We offer various payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

If you have any difficulties with the checkout process, you can always address our customer support department with your billing questions.

Shipping Rates

After you place an order, we processed your order within 2-3 business days before shipping and depending on your location, you should receive your orders within 7-14 business days.

Please note the shipping rates shown at time of checkout are standard rates only. Sometimes these rates may change due to the quantity, size and shipping location, so final adjustments may be needed. In case any shipment adjustments may be needed, we will contact you for the difference in shipping charges. We will contact you before the order is processed if this is the case.

Once you have confirmed and the settled differences, we will process your order and ship them to your designated address. Once we shipped your orders, we will send you the tracking number.

Shipping Options

We offer Standard Shipping, EMS, DHL and FedEx. The Standard Shipping option is the cheapest and fastest shipping option that you can choose when shipping with us. Please feel free to refer for the shipping cost on the Shipping Rate Guidelines.

If you already have a shipping company or warehouse in Japan. We offer pick-up and domestic deliveries all over Japan. You can choose these options on the checkout page.

When you choose Pick Up option, we will contact you when the item is ready to pick up through email.
When you choose Domestic Delivery Option, it means we will ship your order around Japan, depending on the region and product we may send you a separate bill for the estimated delivery fees.

Order Cancellation

Once your order has been placed, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by e-mail: info@meisegroup.com or on our contact form.

Please note that you cannot cancel your order after your item is shipped.

Return & Exchange Policy

We don't accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

If you received defective, damaged, or incorrect products, please contact us at support@meisegroup.com and provide a photo of the products that you received to confirm the condition of your order.

All products are insured for its value and packed well for precaution; however, accidents may happen. In the event a product arrives damaged to your location, please follow the steps listed below.

1. Take pictures of the damaged product and all of its content and send them to us via email.
2. Keep the product and its original packaging as it arrived.
3. Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s).
4. DO NOT send the product back to us; once we have received the information listed above, we will file a damage claim with the shipper. Once a damage claim is filed, the carrier will pick up the product for return or inspection; a replacement will be sent after claim return confirmation.

All damaged items must be reported to the shipping carrier immediately and you must notify our support team within 5 days of receiving your order. If these steps are not followed, we are unable to guarantee a return, refund, or replacement for your order. You will not be eligible for insurance claims if the order is damaged. To avoid this to happen, please follow the steps and contact us immediately.
